Lynn Rae

Lynn is a Master’s Student in the School of Natural Resources and the Environment at the University of Arizona. Lynn has several years of experience working as an environmental consultant and has collaboratively engaged with tribal and federal government agencies on a wide range of natural resource projects in the southwestern and northeastern United States. Her research focuses on tribal climate change adaptation planning and includes an assessment of strategies, resources and collaborative approaches utilized by Native communities to increase their resilience and capacity. Lynn also provided research support to assist the Hopi Department of Natural Resources in improving drought monitoring for the Tribe and the Tohono O’odham Nation with the development of a Climate Change Adaptation Plan.
