Efforts to craft a strategic plan for the LCC Network are currently underway. During the week of July 27th, over 50 representatives from across the Network met at the National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) to develop draft goals, objectives, and example tactics for a draft strategic plan. An internal review process will begin shortly where individuals in the Network will provide input on the draft strategic plan, which is slated to be finalized early this fall.
